Return & Refund Policy

At ronzillecosmetics.com, we ONLY stock authentic products.

All our beauty care products are dermatologically tested still we recommend you to do a patch test before using any product. 

If you have any concerns about the authenticity of any of the items you have purchased from us or are considering purchasing, please share your concern briefly on support@ronzillecosmetics.com and we shall be happy to address your concerns.

Refund policy 

Ronzille Cosmetics offers its customers an ’Easy refund policy’, wherein you can raise a refund request of a product within 48 hours of its delivery. You can file the refund only in case of damaged/missing/wrong product. Kindly note that parcel unboxing video is mandatory. 

Step 1: Contact us via the email at support@ronzillecosmetics.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to refund your order. Kindly send an image of the product and brown shipping box or unboxing videos with the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will refund after reviewing your case.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the amount as per invoice .

In case of one or more defective products in your order, please register a single complaint at support@ronzillecosmetics.com

Refunds will not be processed under the following conditions:

1. Used or open sealed products 

2. In case you change your mind (not liking or not required)

3. If request is initiated after 48 hours of order delivery

4. Products included in the Kit/Set/Combos partial refunds will be processed for only the damaged products.

Unboxing video requirements:

For any claim or issue with your order, an unboxing video is mandatory. Without it, we cannot resolve complaints regarding missing, damaged, or wrong products. Steps to follow:

1. Before accepting delivery – Inspect the package. If tampered, take a picture, reject it, and share the photo with your order details with us by email at support@ronzillecosmetics.com

2. While recording (360° unboxing) –Record an uncut video of the package in good lighting—showing the full package, shipping label, a 360° view, the opening process, and all products inside clearly.

3. If damaged or wrong items – Show close-ups of the issue and the shipping label in the same video.

⚠️ Note: Video must be continuous and without cuts/pauses

Refunds Timeline

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date of refund approvals.

In case of prepaid order through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 7-10 working days. 

In case of cash on delivery orders ,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you or via UPI transfer. This process will be completed within 7-10 business days. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.

Cancellation policy

An order can be cancelled only if it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@ronzillecosmetics.com with the reason for cancellation, and our team will assist you accordingly.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 24 hrs to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same by email.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
